My Approach

You are unique …

and your therapy should be uniquely designed for you.

The therapy plan that works for someone else might not be the best fit for you.  We’ll work together as a team to develop a plan drawing from a variety of techniques.

I bring my education, experience, and passion for helping people live rich and fulfilling lives to our sessions. You bring your experience as the world’s leading authority on you  –  your abilities, priorities, needs, sensibilities, and goals.

Your therapy may include elements of:

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT)

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Family Therapy

Mindfulness

Communication Skills

Play

Strengths-Based Therapy

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
