You are unique …
and your therapy should be uniquely designed for you.
The therapy plan that works for someone else might not be the best fit for you. We’ll work together as a team to develop a plan drawing from a variety of techniques.
I bring my education, experience, and passion for helping people live rich and fulfilling lives to our sessions. You bring your experience as the world’s leading authority on you – your abilities, priorities, needs, sensibilities, and goals.
Your therapy may include elements of:

For ethical and therapeutic reasons I don't ask clients for reviews, but here are some reasons colleagues say they recommend my services:
"I highly recommend Meg's services as she is skilled, experienced, and authentic in her approach to therapy."
"She treats you like she would want her child, friend or family member to be treated."
